Patricia Jane Mumuni

Patricia Jane Mumuni is a seasoned legal practitioner with over thirteen years of experience in corporate and commercial law in Ghana. As a Partner at ENSafrica Ghana, she advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, asset finance, and corporate governance, with expertise spanning complex cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance. She is a trusted advisor to both local and international clients.

Throughout her career, Patricia has played a pivotal role in several landmark transactions. Notable engagements include advising Chifeng Jilong Gold Mining Co. Ltd on its acquisition of Golden Star Resources Limited, assisting Sanlam Life Insurance Limited in acquiring a 50% equity stake in aYo Holdings Limited, and guiding Bboxx Limited in its acquisition of PEG Ghana Solar Limited. She also advised Crown Holdings, Inc. on the sale of assets and equity interests to KPS Capital Partners LP, and supported Scancom Plc in restructuring and transferring assets to its subsidiary, MobileMoney Ltd.

Beyond transactional work, Patricia is actively engaged in thought leadership and professional development. She has contributed to high-profile platforms including the Africa Money and DeFi Summit West Africa and the Global Women's Business & Professional Conference & Business Expo, where she has shared insights on corporate governance, business law, and the advancement of women in the legal profession.

Patricia's academic credentials are equally strong. She holds a Master of Laws in Information Technology, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English, all from the University of Ghana, as well as a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
