Lillian Gyamfi

Lillian Gyamfi is a finance professional with over nine years of experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, and financial management across financial services, energy, and multinational operations in Africa and Europe. She brings strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, performance analysis, and strengthening financial controls, with a track record of supporting executive decision-making through data-driven financial insights.

Lillian currently serves as Finance Manager at Savannah Impact Advisory, where she oversees financial management for the firm and the Ci Gaba Fund. Her role covers investment process support, portfolio monitoring, capital planning and disbursement budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. She works closely with the CEO and Investment Committee to ensure strong financial governance, effective risk management, and disciplined capital deployment aligned with strategic objectives.

Lillian previously served as FP&A Manager at Opportunity International Savings & Loans Ltd, where she led organisation-wide budgeting and strategic planning across 40+ branches. She improved forecasting accuracy to 93%, reduced the monthly reporting cycle from nine days to four through automation, and produced executive FP&A reports covering P&L trends, liquidity outlooks, and KPI dashboards.

Prior to this, she served as Coordinator for Strategy and Financial Analysis at GLAK Group, where she directed corporate strategy, budgeting, and performance management across business units, and developed financial models for pricing and revenue optimisation.

Lillian spent several years at Expro Group across progressively senior roles covering West, South, and East Africa and Europe. Her most notable achievement there was reducing Days Sales Outstanding from 180 days to 28 days across an eight-country accounts receivable portfolio, significantly strengthening revenue assurance and cash flow accuracy.

Earlier in her career, she gained commercial banking experience at First Atlantic Bank, supporting client account management and facility documentation.

Lillian holds an MBA in Petroleum Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, a BBA in Banking and Finance from Valley View University, and is currently completing her final examinations with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).
